Cancellation and Reservation Policy

Payment of the full amount of your reservation is only required upon check-in. However, to ensure your reservation, details of a valid credit card will be provided to be charged the corresponding amount in case of cancellation.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION:

Up to 8 days before - free of charge;
From 7 days or less - penalty of 50% of the total reservation value;
No-show - penalty of 100% of the total reservation value;

In case of early departure, there is no right to refund the deposit.

All prices/transactions are in Euros.

ACTIVITIES:

​If canceling activities within less than 24 hours, 50% of the lesson price will be charged.

If the guest wishes to take more than one lesson, a pack of lessons must first be booked. Otherwise, the normal price per lesson applies to each one individually.
